And… all WST projects are spearheaded by a Team Leader, who keeps track of the progress of all projects under their watch and acts as your contact point with the group assigned to you.

Once we have entered into an agreement to provide you with services, a team is put together that has the skills necessary to meet your objectives.

At the beginning, this team generally consists of at least two programming specialists. This approach is taken because most website development today calls for the use of multiple coding languages and we have specialists proficient in each of them. Then, as different layers of your project unfold, more team members join in.

While one person is busily writing the code for the website another may be optimizing the text you have provided and a third will likely be designing the look and feel of your site based on your preferences for color and style.

Your team stays in close contact with each other to insure that all of the separate elements will come together smoothly and seamlessly.

Your Team Leader will convey the progress being made to you on a regular basis, and in most cases you can choose to watch the work-in-progress on a demo site we set up for each website project.
